We also have, for your convenience, documents that may be useful.

The Next Step:
- Drop off or fax your Offer-to-Purchase and Seller's Report to Lakeside Title
- A Lakeside Title representative will contact you regarding your closing date. They will also let you know if there is any further information needed.
- Contact the buyer and let them know the closing date and time. It is also helpful if you give them the contact information for your Closing Agent.
Lakeside Title also offers SureClose. SureClose unites all the parties in the real estate closing transaction. SureClose provides step-by-step transaction information, online from any PC with internet access. No special software is required.
Parties in the closing process can monitor the progress of the transaction; view, print and download information; post and receive messages; receive automatic event
notification and order settlement services. Your own unique username and password will be provided to you when your order is placed. The only requirements are an e-mail account and internet access.
